PERIOD! Be it as it may, if Carrie Ann doesn't have, as he put it "ballroom background", it doesn't give him (a mere dancer/competitor) the right to challenge a judge. dovolani needs to show the only "FEMAIL" judge her due respect; i doubt he would talk to (or about) either of the "male" judges. dovolani needs to understand (and try to get this around your big head) that each judge has her/his own expertise and that's what they are bringing to the table as a group. to me, a waltz is gliding around the floor (the ENTIRE floor), very delicately and the female not being lifted (i don't care what dovolani thinks!). and that jane is 56, (SO WHAT?!), age shouldn't be used as a crutch nor as a method of gaining sympathy (how young is Marie Osmond?!). dovolani needs to show more sportsmanship as well and take every criticism from the judges (including "hip hop fly girl" carrie ann) as a help to better himself as a dancer and competitor. also, who does jane think she is that she doesn't need to be present at the results show (two times?!?!?). get a grip lady, you need to show the public viewers and voters much more respect also (i don't care what your personal life is going through); you need to show us that you care about this competition (and not that you're using it as a publicity stunt, since you're not doing anything now). as dovolani put it, jerry and john didn't dance very well (his lame opinion; i thought john r. was fantastic for his "age" and lack of dancing background), john r was especially a good showmen; more than i can say about jane who uses her age (and too bad her boobs too) to encourage votes (and possibly higher numbers from the "male" judges than she deserves). jane should act like the mature lady that she keeps harping at and not exhibit her body unnecessarily (we've had enough!). last night, tuesday oct. 30, the pair dovolani/jane should have been voted out instead of mark ballas and sabrina. sabrina had progressed to a amazingly better dancer, very technical and on her mark! (no pun intended). jane can only dream and hope to emulate sabrina. mark ballas is also an astonishingly remarkable dancer, so much better, and much nicer to look at, then dovolani! hopefully dovolani/jane are out next week!!! dovolani is full of himself! Jane and Tony were not the only ones to be docked points by Carrie Ann, but everyone else has moved on. This is a television show, not strictly a ballroom dance competition - it's not strictly a dance competition, period. It's also a popularity competition! Tony and Jane dragging this on obviously didn't make them any more popular during last weeks' vote... At this point I don’t care whether it was a lift or not – it was two weeks ago! She knows absolutely nothing about ballroom dancing! I have been a competitive ballroom dancer for many years, and I am a ballroom dance teacher, teaching privately and at a local college. Inaba shows her stupidity every week. Tony is a world champion dancer, and I think he knows much more than Inaba! For Goodness sake, get rid of her!!! Carrie Ann Inaba is a terrible judge on DWTS!!
