• Lucy Spiller (Courteney Cox) will get a new love interest this season on Dirt, in the form of a major TV studio president. He has nothing else to do except hit on magazine editors, since he refuses to work with the writers’ guild.
• Disney is teaming up with Wal-Mart for more than 140 products based on Hannah Montana. Items for sale include wigs, clothing, and baked goods. They’re even putting a wig on the Wal-Mart smiley face!
• Madonna was reportedly paid $10 million to appear in a commercial for Sunsilk that will run during the Super Bowl. Other stars appearing in ads: Justin Timberlake, Shakira and Barbara Streisand. There are now more celebs in Super Bowl commercials than there are at Hyde.
• Montel Williams is leaving his talk show to focus on being a full-time actor. In his first role, he’ll act opposite a 13-year-old who wants to have a baby and men who have a big secret to tell their wives.
