You have to make a permanent lifestyle change to keep it off and if you have a medical condition it's truely that much harder so people need to be supportive but society needs to get stuffed on "skinny". Men are looking at the aerage woman and bigger women in a different light because they are being attacked now too! The real men want real women; the short, fat, egotistical, bald men(including older men)want a trophey not a partner.lets not forget; thin women are judged too so we need to put a stop to it as a society because everyone is losing security in who they are, young and old. Love who you are I say because no one has the right to be the deciding factor of what we're worth......Kirstie is beautiful thin or heavy inside and out! My daughter is 5'9 and weighs 160. She is so much thinner than Kirstie in every area. Her legs, arms, stomache, butt, thighs, chest, ect. I dont think she weighs 145 either.
