Jennifer Lopez: Reality TV Star!

Jennifer Lopez is about the open her personal life for a new television series on TLC, the cable channel announced Wednesday.

The singer and new mom to twins will co-executive produce, co-create and star in the “docu-series,” which focuses on how Lopez juggles her career — including launching a new fragrance — with motherhood.

“I’m looking forward to sharing this exciting journey together,” said Lopez.

“Jennifer is unbelievably passionate about life and will be an incredible role model for our audience,” TLC President, Angela Shapiro-Mathes said in a statement.

The series is currently in production. No air date has been revealed.

Sure I will watch. I am always interested to see how celeb’s deal with raising twins, hoping that I can watch how a nanny helps her. All the while I know how hard it is while I raise a two year old, and 7 month old twins with NO outside help!

No– This is just her attempt to revive a sinking career. Exploiting your children is tacky. She should accept that her career is over and enjoy time with her children instead of pimping them out!

And what will the show be about? juggling kids and a career? What career? Her movies are strraight to DVD - her last 2 albums bombed - her clothing line is in null and void. And another fragrance? Good god woman - let it go already.

Yes.. I would watch the show..i dont agree with all the other haters…if she’s up there makin it big was because she sacrifise n worked her bigg but off..and she would be a great inspiration for other woman. Can’t wait to see it.

Oh please. Like SHE really takes care of her babies, she has other people do that for her. I think for someone who wanted to keep everyone out of her life, she has a funny way of showing it. Talk about exploiting her children! Disgusting!

Janie…I totally agree with you! The problem is, there are too many people out there who would watch it and that is why they are doing it. Why not do a show with celebrity moms who actually cook, clean, and take care of their own children, like Julia Roberts for example. Until people stop watching, Hollywood will keep filming.

How about a docu-series on a my friend, who is a REAL single mother, with teenage boys, with little or no child support?

Another stinking fragrance? No. The first 2 stink enough. I have a colleague who has twins, she could teach JLo how to juggle motherhood and work.
