She is an absolutely amazing actress, and I love her on Degrassi. Oh, and for those that say it's not really a spin-off: I never watched the original, but I think that this show will sort of do what Degrassi: The Next Genereation did with Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High. DJH and DH were shows in the 80s that centered around the real-life issues a large group of students a community school; D:TNG is basically the same thing with a new generation of students. And now it's an even bigger hit than the original, and is going into its eighth season. So don't automatically assume that this whole "new generation" is gonna suck.
