Last Night’s Dancing: Name Your Favorite Moment!

While Cristian de la Fuente’s injury brought a sober moment to the dancefloor, there was lots of “wild, wacky, wonderful” — as Len Goodman put it — in the ballroom Monday night as the pairs each performed twice. Kristi Yamaguchi turned into a lean, green shimmy machine with her “bugaloo hip-hop” cha cha that earned only an 8 from Len but a 10 from both Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba (who also gave it three snaps up!). Derek Hough ripped open his shirt mid-mambo while Shannon Elizabeth worked her “tushy” (Bruno’s word) — which turned out to be a padded butt. Jason Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska turned the Monday Night Football theme into a paso doble. Could Dancing get any better?

I think Jason & Edyta were the best overall last night! I think Shannon should be the next shown out the door.

Jason and Edyta were great last night! I was So happy they are in the lead! Nice job! I loved Jason and Edytas first dance. Jason was full of energy and life, and I thought it deserved a 30, but o well. Did anyone else catch that Edytas outfit(for the paso doble) was Miami Dolphins colors?(the orange and green stripes?) and on Jasons pants, he had the orange and green stripes? Too cute! Way to go!

Marisa or Shannon should go. Len was annoying and he only gave Kristi an 8 which should have been a 10. Let’s face it, Kristi is the star and every performance is fabulous regardless of what Len thinks.Len has to face reality. These contestants are not professionals and they are doing great learning these dances in such short notice. Chill out Len. Go Kristi!! Love her from the start and she will win.

I couldnt believe the mistakes last night…Mario and Karina missed a hand grab, Shannon missed Dereks Hat, Edyta did a lift, Cristian hurt his arm. Some of these werent even mentioned in the critiques. But overall, I loooooved Jason and Edyta’s second dance, I thought it was such a cute idea. Also for the first time Kristi and Mark left me speechless on their second dance. I dont think their dance last week deserved a 30 I think it was this one. Shannon on her second dance looked awkward and that was very disappointing since she is my second favorite…

Jasona and Edyta’s second dance was weird, I felt bad for Cristian, and i think Shannon or Marisa will go tonight. I dont know which one I want more…but last night was interesting!

Kristi was the best last night, as always. Her dances are so good that the others are not even in her league. The Len was way too hard on her. Jason was good, too, I just like Kristi best. Shannon’s second dance was just horrible. She looks like a stiff Barbie doll! Just terrible. I was cringing and laughing at the same time. She should definitely go home tonight. I think the final three should be Jason, Marissa and Kristi. They are the best, most consistant and most entertaining in my opinion. I do like how Bruno slipped in the B word on Shannon, though. I think when he said the Tango is a B#$@% I think he was really doing a veiled insult about her. I have heard that she is very unpopular with the cast of the show.

I think Shannon should be next. Shaking her tuss by the judges was an outrage, It was saying that I can shake my tuss, so there.

I hope that Shannon goes home tonight. I think out of everyone remaining in the competition, she has consistently performed the worst. She is lanky and really awkward when she dances. She takes the judges comments personally rather than taking them constructively and learning from them. The competition will be better without her.

Jason and Edyta rocked it last night. These two are definitely my favorite. Edyta just keeps getting the strangest music to choreograph Pasos to.
