First Look: Lindsay Lohan on Ugly Betty

Is she on Team Betty? Lindsay Lohan reported to the set of Ugly Betty and in the first photos is pictured filming a scene for the show’s finale (scheduled to air May 22), the first of six episodes in which she’ll appear. According to a show source, the scene is a flashback to Betty’s (America Ferrera) high school days.

Lohan is also expected to appear on five episodes in the show’s third season. “[Lohan] will play a mean girl from high school who suddenly resurfaces in Betty’s life,” a rep told PEOPLE.

Lohan isn’t the only guest star on Ugly Betty’s finale: Naomi Campbell is stepping up to the plate and bringing along her sense of humor. “She is so willing to make fun of herself,” Michael Urie, who plays Marc on the show, told PEOPLE of the supermodel. “She really is awesome.”

Where did she get the idea?

Uh… she didn’t. The show asked her and she said yes. That’s kinda how it works with guest stars.

If they didn’t want her on, they wouldn’t have asked.

And apparently they thought she did a good job if she was asked back for five more episodes.

I don’t understand why parents want actors and actresses to be role models for their children. Role models should be parents, teachers and others who come into personal contact with children. That being said addiction is a disease not a moral failure and perhaps watching the show with one’s children will allow for open discussion because you can be assured by the time your kids are in middle school they will be facing the drug issue in real time.

You think that EB is a family show?!?!!? OMG- the show reeks of sex, deception, corruption, not to mention the blatant homosexual undertones in everything. I personally LOVE the show and wouldn’t change a thing, but you’ve got to be kidding if you are going to boycott the show because of Lindsay’s personal life. All of them have pasts- do I have to mention Vanessa Williams nude photos? Give me a break! Go Lindsay!

You won’t let your daughters watch a show because a drunk and a drug addict is on it?

If you cancelled all the shows that have an addict on them, all you’d have left is the news.

The show probably only cares that she was the right actress for the part, as it should be. (And that she showed up sober, of course, and we would’ve heard about it if she didn’t.) And she must’ve been funny and well-behaved because they invited her back for five more shows.

Now if the show showed her drinking and drugging, or anyone else for that matter, then you have a case.

Lisa, Lisa, Lisa……female up girl. Are you hidden under that proverbial rock or haven’t you heard that bad girl LiLo has kinda sobbered up? Must be tough to be a soccer mom and keep your kid’s hidden from the evils of the world. Doubt if this show needs your support.

I hope that when your daughters make a mistake in the future - that you will be more understanding when they try to rectify the mistake later. Lindsey has been through what I hope is a successful rehab, changed many of the “friends” that use to be around her, and is back working with a vengence. If you want to blame someone - blame Lindsey’s mom……where was she when all of the ugly days were going down. Give the kid a break!!!!
