Cancel your Saturday night plans! Or maybe just set your DVRs for the premiere of True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet on Lifetime (Saturday at 9 p.m. ET). The movie stars Joanna “JoJo” Levesque as Morgan Carter, a Hollywood “It” girl who is spinning out of control, going out night after night to clubs while paparazzi track her every move (sound familiar?). One night her hard partying catches up with her and she collapses outside a Hollywood hotspot. Do you smell an intervention? Her mom sends Morgan to live with her Aunt Trudy — played by Valerie Bertinelli! — in Fort Wayne, Ind., where she enrolls in high school under a new identity. With a new look and a tight budget, things couldn’t be worse for Morgan until she catches the eye of a cute guy, who may like her for something other than her fame. Now, Morgan must choose: Will she go back to the glamorous life of a Hollywood starlet or stay in Fort Wayne with her new love?
