After frolicking on the beach with Spencer Pratt and a flock of seagulls in her music video for “Higher,” The Hills star Heidi Montag is prancing around in workout gear for the aerobics-themed video for her song, “Overdosin’.” In the video, which opens with the words “Sweatin’ with Heidi,” Montag — dressed in a leotard, headband and legwarmers — leads a Jazzercise-style class for a group of students similarly decked out in ’80s attire.
