Sometimes, changes are good but when it comes to these big TV shows they're almost never. I think that Paula, Simon and Randy worked well together and bring in someone new after seven seasons just... doesn't work. Kara is great and all, but I liked it better before. Paula isn't the most talaneted person in the world, but it's like one of those traditions you just don't want to break whether you like it or not.
