With Misty May-Treanor injured, Dancing with the Stars is prematurely down one competitor. So could recently ousted Kim Kardashian be on her way back to the ballroom?
“I would totally go back if they asked me,” the reality star said during an interview Tuesday on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show. “I’m not a performer and I would have loved that chance to at least have one breakthrough dance where the judges gave me a positive score and some positive feedback.”
Kardashian did not officially comment on her return – even as Seacrest pressed – but she did say she contacted her partner, Mark Ballas, and that he was ready. “I texted my partner Mark last night and said, ‘Are you ready to go back?’” Continued Kardashian: “And he’s like, ‘It’s just rumors; they come up with these crazy stories.’”
While Kardashian would love to dance again, she went on to say it was a shame her rumored return would come because of May-Treanor’s injury.
“I love Misty so much,” she said. “I did e-mail with her. She’s doing OK. Her spirits are really good. I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone. But, hey if they asked me back, I’m there.” –Brian Orloff
