Anorexia has little to do with external appearance...most anorexics feel very ugly despite being very very thin. Likewise, you can be thin and healthy and not anorexic. I do get the gist of her ideas though...she is basically saying that it's perfectly normal to be a little "thicker" than the Hollywood skinny-minis out there. And she's right...not everyone is super tall and has long skinny legs. Plus, being very skinny doesn't look right on everyone either.
