Everything old is new again, especially at the CW.
Melrose Place will be getting a makeover and joining the network that hosts 90210, according to a source familiar with the project.
“Melrose Place will shoot a pilot during the regular pilot season,” the source said.
But before a beautiful cast (which originally featured Heather Locklear and Rob Estes) can be assembled, a script needs to be written.
Mark Schwahn, creator of the CW’s One Tree Hill, is currently in negotiations to write the pilot, the source added. – Elaine Aradillas
