its a shame, this family had it all, and threw it away. they will regret this someday and look back in disbelief on how good they had it and how they messed it all up. hopefully the kids will only have positive memories of the whole saga.

The best times were before all the product placement, before John and Kate began believing they were ‘entitled,’ and it was simply a nice, funny show about a family stuggling with the joys and tribulations of having 8 kids. Now, it is just about a struggling family and it’s time it ends.

the cutest kid moment had to have been when kate found a knob to one of the dresser drawers in the girls room, and the girls told her it was one of the boys. kate goes into the boys room with the classic mom “tell me the truth or someone’s going to be in timeout” face and asked who did it. 3 little blank stares look up to her and one says, “nobody did it”. then kate leaves in a huff and colin does the cutest little dance like her just got away with murder haha.

aside from all the drama within the marriage, everyone will miss those precious moments with the kids that the show was able to pick up.

I don’t want to see or hear about Jon & Kate anymore. But, sadly, those kids are the real victim of all the drama & craziness. They didn’t ask for all this and will ultimately pay the price!

It was cute when it was truly about the kids and not just one big infomercial…when the parents were real people and not celeberity wannabes complete with the multiple plastic surgeries and Diva makeovers…etc….sorry just don’t see how a new boob job is “for the kids”…

I watched this week’s episode and when they showed Kate surprising Jon with the trip to the Keys, it was so touching. Why they let their “fame” get the best of them when they had SO much, it’s just sad. I’ll miss seeing the little kids (the big girls not so much just because they’re past the cute stage – lol – have two kids at home myself who are 12 and 8 and they’re not cute in “that” way anymore!) and them growing up. FWIW, I don’t think Kate’s had any plastic surgery other than her tummy tuck; she’s in awesome shape and if I looked as good as she does, I’d show it off, too. Jon on the other hand……

Anyway. I’ll miss the kids.

the only person that got a boob job was hailey glassman…. and that was for jon. jon’s an idiot. if he just acted like a responsible parent (even all the way back to the begining of the show) they probably would have still been a big happy family. who can fault kate from having to keep a schedule when she has 8 kids? jon was more interested in playing around then giving his children experiences that they otherwise would not have had. thank god that trusts are set up for their college education and that opportunity is locked in for them. it’s ashame though that the family unit has fallen apart.
