If you ever wanted a glimpse into the world of men, here it is. Yes, men—good-looking, successful ones—have feelings. And they want to discuss them. Really! That’s the premise of ABC’s new drama Big Shots, a male version of Desperate Housewives. Watch as Michael Vartan tells you why playing a sensitive, dysfunctional CEO is so much better than his spy days on Alias.

September 25, 2007

Drama, comedy, action, horror all rolled in one? How about throw in some “paranormal supernatural hoopla”? If it sounds like the work from the warped mind of director Kevin Smith (of Clerks fame), you’re right. Watch as Bret Harrison, who plays the sucker whose soul is sold to the devil and is now contracted as a bounty hunter for Lucifer himself, and the rest of the cast give you a preview of their new CW show.

Moon Goodblood, who plays McKidd’s lost love Livia Beale, says it’s rocking out to all the cool music from the different eras. Watch a preview of NBC’s Journeyman, and get a peek at the show’s I-love-the-’80s-and-’90s soundtrack.

It’s revenge of the nerds on fall TV! Watch Johnny Galecki and Jim Parsons use big, impressive words to describe their new CBS sitcom, about two brilliant physicists whose sheltered lives becomes much more interesting when a babe moves next door. And just like her lovable girl-next-door character Penny, Kaley Cuoco (from 8 Simple Rules…for Dating My Teenage Daughter) keeps the guys in check!

Premieres: Monday, Sept. 24, 8:30 p.m. ET

Watch a Sneak Peek of Chuck!

September 21, 2007

NBC’s Chuck is described as a “computer geek by day. Government operative by night.” Zachary Levi, who plays Chuck (and is one of our 8 Hottest Guys on Fall TV), tells us his favorite part of playing a secret (clueless) agent man. Surprisingly, it has nothing to do with hot babe guest stars like Rachel Bilson. Hint: it has something to do with the word “Chuck.” Go figure!

Premieres: Monday, Sept. 24, 8 p.m. ET

5 Best New Shows to Watch

September 17, 2007

This could turn into a strange fall season: There are shows to love, for sure, but so far none of them are on NBC, CBS or FOX. Huh! —Tom Gliatto

1. Dirty Sexy Money (ABC)
Premieres: Thursday, Sept. 26 at 10 p.m.
A campy primetime soap opera about a filthy rich Manhattan family and their new adviser (Peter Krause). He’s a decent, civic-minded lawyer, and one hopes he’ll be quickly overwhelmed by their glamour, their egos and their blatant malice. Otherwise, frankly, he’ll just seem like a killjoy and maybe even a jerk. It’s a big cast, and a good one, that includes Donald Sutherland and Jill Clayburgh.
